I'm a husband, father, churchman, bicycle tourer turned motorscooterist, affordable computer help provider, occasional management consultant & facilitator, Procter & Gamble retiree and resident of College Hill, Cincinnati, Ohio. You can read more about me here.
I use these pages as a place to try out new (to me) web technology, as well as for the obvious purpose of shameless self-promotion.
Most people come here to read Ken & Carol's Cross-Country Ramblings. People tell us they enjoy reading the written-as-it-happened reflections of two middle-age non-athletes pedaling their recumbent bicycles from Ventura, California to Saint Augustine, Florida.
I get home & small office computers working quickly. My charge is reasonable, and I don't charge if the problem isn't fixed. I typically spend an afternoon or evening fixing a problem for $50. If the problem isn't fixed, there's no charge. If more time is required, a fee can be negotiated.
I also set up web sites (see Grace Church's) and publish enewsletters for individuals, small businesses and non-profits (see the College Hill eNewsletter and eGraceNotes). I got an early start in the publishing business with my self-published newspaper, The Weekly News, in the sixth grade.
